2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the use of the website and the purchase of products through www.soina.it.
They apply to both B2C customers (consumers) and B2B customers (business professionals), unless otherwise specified.

4. PRICES
All prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros (€).
Prices applicable to B2C customers are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
B2B customers are subject to the applicable wholesale prices and commercial terms agreed with Soina.
5. ORDERS
An order is considered confirmed once the customer has completed the ordering process and payment has been successfully received or authorized.
Soina reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons.
6. PAYMENT
Payment methods available on the website are displayed during the checkout process.
For B2B orders, payment conditions are those agreed under the applicable commercial terms.
7. SHIPPING
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – B2C CUSTOMERS
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without having to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
For B2C customers, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity applicable under consumer protection legislation.
If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by applicable law.
10. B2B CUSTOMERS
B2B orders are subject to the commercial terms agreed between Soina and the professional customer.
Consumer-specific provisions, including the statutory right of withdrawal, do not apply to B2B customers unless otherwise required by applicable law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content published on the website, including texts, photographs, images, graphics, logos, trademarks and product descriptions, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use is prohibited.
12. LIABILITY
Soina cannot be held liable for temporary website interruptions, technical problems, events beyond its reasonable control or damage resulting from improper use of the website or products.
