Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How can I return a product?

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs will not be covered.
We can provide a return shipping label for a value of 5 euros, in which case the amount will be deducted from the refund.

The refund will be made on the same day the product is received.


Can I change my order?

If you've made a mistake with your order, please contact postmaster@soina.it as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist you. Please note: once an order has been fully processed, we are unable to make any revisions.

Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times can vary between 5 and 7 business days. Look for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What are the return policies?

Within 30 days of purchase
In unused and resalable condition
In original packaging with all labels intact

Which items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!
If the product you purchased is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Can items be exchanged?
We do not allow trades.

What are the refund options?

Refund to your original payment method
Refund to store credit (if applicable)


How long will it take to get my money back?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
