1. ORDERING
The SOINA online store is open 24 hours a day. The website might temporarily be down for maintenance. You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can have an adult make the order for you.
SOINA webshop is for private use only and products purchased cannot be re-sold for business purpose.
1.1 How to Order
- Find the product you like and choose your desired size. Then click “ADD TO CART”. In the shopping bag you have to apply that you agree with our terms and conditions and then you can click on the “CHECKOUT” button at the bottom of the page when desired products are in the shopping cart.
- Continue through the checkout process, and chose either:
- to fill in your details; name, shipping address etc. or
- create a customer account for future use.
- You can check the products and total amount during check out.
- Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD” when you have filled in all the information.
- Then check if your shipping address is correct. Choose your shipping method and click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD".
- When you have entered your credit card information and clicked on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button, you have made a binding offer for the purchase of the items you have chosen.
- At this stage your order is still subject to our acceptance. When we have accepted your order, we will obtain an authorization from your credit card company for the amount on the order. We are not withdrawing money from your card at this stage, but the amount might be reserved on your account. This is a normal process with banks and credit card companies. If your credit card is not authorized, your order will not be processed further, and we will contact you by e-mail with further information.
- Directly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
2. SECURE PAYMENT
We accept Visa, VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Maestro, American Express, PayPal,Apple Pay.
4. Order cancellation
4.1 Cancellation before order shipping
Unfortunately, it it not possible to cancel your order once it been sent. If you no longer want your order, you can return it once the parcel has been delivered.
4.2 Cancellation rights
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 15-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
This cooling-off period expires 15 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
The period means that you have 15 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase. You can send an e-mail to postmaster@soina.it.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods, unless you inform us at the same time. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded. For orders that had free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct 5 euros of shipping costs from the total amount to be refunded.
4.3 Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
4.4 Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article in perfect condition (packaging and product).
Return costs are your responsibility unless the product received has a defect.
5. COMPLAINTS
5.1 Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that when you have purchased from our webshop you have a right to complain within 24 months. If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.
If you have received a damaged product, bought on our website or wish to file a complain please email us to postmaster@soina.it
Please attach a photo of the item, you have a complaint about and your order number. it is not always necessary to send the defective product back to us but if we ask you to do so the product should be sent to:
